I got my display back from viewsonic. No more crappy 15" CRT. I'm back to my 19" LCD goodness.
On a side note, their service was great. The guy who answered the phone spoke English and gave me the best service ever from a company dealing in "geek wares." All I had to do was ship my broken display down to them and I got it back in just about 2 weeks!
