Can A scholar from any class make your runes? or do we need a rogue scholar?
A scholar from any class can make your runes.
In fact, you can make most of your own APP III runes without ever leaving the Isle of Refuge if you want (and it doesn't take very long).

Does an adept 1 scroll for Backstab and Sneak Attack exist? Never seen it drop or for sale.

you dont have to go in order , I have seen a adapt3 for 1-9 acouts stuff drp.

Hmmmm so far I have only been able to make 3 or 4 runes. I do not have recipes for the others. I will have to check things out further when I get back from holiday.

check the wholosaler. I know on the ab server I make scout upgrades and sell them from my room when i am sleeping and at work.
I am alsmot 15 scholor so i can make allot if themi assume some scouts from each server are doing same thing.
Also check the black market broker. I'm pretty sure some scrolls are more common on the good side and vice versa.

Anyone know where the black market scholar is for Qeynos?
In qeynos harbor, jump off the bridge that goes from the dock into the harbor proper, swim under it and through the hole in the wall there and up the "pipe". Talk to the "fence"

Yes, any kind of scholar can make rogue runes (as well as bard and predator runes). You only need a jeweler if you need assassin/brigand/ranger/swashbuckler/dirge/troubador runes.
