macro help

Hi all,
I have just started EQ2 and i was a macro fan in EQ1. I am a bit dissapointed because i can't make some macros which will help me a lot in grp or solo. Here are my questions :

Is there a way to put a delay ?
Is there a command like in EQ1 to stop attack (like the old /attack off in EQ1 ) ?
Is there a way to put a /doability xxxxx in a macro ?
