It looks like the Anime Network (http://www.theanimenetwork.com/) will be getting some competition:

FUNimation Channel (http://www.funimationchannel.com/)

So I guess that'll make two anime channels I won't be able to get up here in Canada.

I'm not saying they don't have good series. I'm saying they do a crappy job subbing good series. Or at least, editing them.

anyways, FUNimation does ok, i hope adelphia cable gets this channel.. because i can't find the animenetwork on adelphia dig. cable =/

The thing that annoys me here is that another studio owned network is just diluting the market. It wasn't long ago that people questioned the viability of ANY channel based solely on anime... now there are two, when the success of the first is still up for debate. Likely scenario is that neither really succeeds, and anime begins to take on the image of flash-in-the-pan fad that isn't worth investing in.
