Is actually more popular...

If i had that ring would give me 30% increase in level 1 and 2 healing spells. And with my current enhanments would give me a total of 50% improvement to level 1 and 2.

Most seem to just take Improved devotion I for awhile (40% to level 1 heals) then get this ring so they have a 70% healing bonus on CLW...

Oh not to mention the bonus on my healing bost thingy hehe.

The Splinterskull ring was the first thing I took from Tangleroot, heartily recommended.

Devotion III doesn't interest me a whole lot. I haven't even taken CSW as a spell yet, and don't plan to any time soon. The smaller heals are more efficient, and we haven't hit anything that kills us really quickly in a while (Troz used to lose half his hp every round against the Guardian of STK, that's what made me move to CMW).

my wife has one and it saved our butts a few times. She is a cleric and there were times there was a complete wipe and the mobs would leave. the ring automaticaly stabalizes and then gets you back up to heal and collect crystals to shrine.

Proof we need the cleric equipped with one :b

protection is deflection AC, same line as shield of faith.

so far the only loot I've gotten was the superior combustion 3 necklace, I really really really want that ring of the silver concord. (My argo sorc is almost 10 now, von5 is the best, xp, evar.)

The ring is absolultely stupidly rare...

I am only aware of 2 on argonessen, we had a post on the ddo forums about it, and it was from a guy who got it on his first run... someone else had run it 25x and didn't see it.

Yeah, we did redwillow 3 times or so and no ring (or any rare items). IIRC, the ring can drop on the second or third chest in, so if you really just want the ring, you don't have to run the full spiel.
