The other day I completed 10 Renton Keep missives (I was getting 4-5% each and had a bard w/ me) I turned them all in and got my little roguish hands on a Shiv of Torment.
This dagger is nice because its free and the following:
Speed: 2.15
Damage range: 34-41
Extras: HP +55
Resulting dps: 17.21
Now granted its not a great dagger but its something you can try and get if you are bored around Renton Keep area.
p.s. This is not a guaranteed item. I've turned in about 30 missives in RK and got this dagger only once.
