Darksun has to be my favorite campaign setting of all time for AD&D. Half Giants rule

I didn't mind darkssun, had a lot of fun with a thri-kreen gladiator. I'm just not much into desert settings and such..

favorite setting to play in, ravenloft or forgotten realms - dragonlance I love the most, just from the books.. have never played in it.

and there is a 3e darkssun, officially ran by non-wotc people. athas.org is the page, and if a non-wotc ravenloft managed to get hardback published, don't doubt that dark sun will as well
