Hiyas,
Was doing this quest from Mimgrar the Blind (Frostshard Lake) and found a problem.
First 3 quests in chain was ok but after completing third cant get last one - "Ice Drake Disparity".
Anyone know how much faction and with one I must have to get this quest?
Revards are Celestine Helm/Cap/Skullcap/Crown.
