Anyone else getting this? All of a sudden this keeps popping up in single player and boots me to desktop. I have no idea as to what's causing it, but it's never showed itself before.

Just curious but are you using a custom portrait? Started a new game using one the same thing started happening to me until I started over with a different portrait.
