View Full Version : Best places to get apartment in San Diego?
Got a friend who moved out here from Chicago, she's planning on moving to San Diego to find work and asked me the best places to look for an apartment. With so many SD based Safehousers, I thought I would ask and avoid her being stuck somewhere bad. If anyone can give me the 411 via PM, I would appreciate it. Also if anyone knows the best places for her to apply (she has a high lvl legal secretary/admin assistanct background and did production work in films), let me know as well.

If you were more specific into what part of San diego she wanted to move to it'd be much easier to recommend places :)
I just recently moved to San Diego, and I will agree with the previous poster... does she have any idea of what area of San Diego she is going to be looking for? It would also help to know what kind of commute she would be willing to put up with.
I personally am in the Northern part of San Diego myself, and it is a really good area for me. (close to the office, easy access to most freeways, and is not smack dab in the city)
Depending on what she is going to need will really determine what kind of place she would be getting into. Rent can be somewhat affordable to crazy high depending on location.
