Current patch has been in testing on the test sever for two weeks. last huge patch went well.
Current downtime. 16 hours and no ETA.
Not that I'm trying to draw comparisons, but what was the longest SOE had EQ down for, was round 16 hours wasn't it?

Well, if you decide to patch, and its broken, you better well fix it. And that can take time. It'd be more assinine to bring em down for twelve hours then put the same software back on. Valcyn server was up after 11 hours and 30 minutes.
But they have changed the game somewhat. I have also noticed some odd lag and problems and pets not following orders.

Went over to the boards and checked one of the class forums and it went something like: "Servers not up still 3pm pst" "servers STILl down 4pm pst" "STUPID SOE SUXX SERVERS DOWN 5pm pst" etc...shrug, if they get it right it doesn't matter too much. And i'm hoping they get it right.
