Bert event respawn on failure

Whats the respawn on the trigger for bert on failure?

Sposedly 2-4 hours on failure, 3 days on completion.

It is pretty short on a fail. He was up for us the next day as we were learning the event. I am not sure how fast, but it is less then 24 hours.

Ok it ended up being just under 5 hours for us.
