Looking for a guide or info on Princess trial in hoh

Normally I would not mind just doing it and figuring it out but I need this to be a one shot deal due to have missed this flag a few times. What are the quest mobs names, respawn times tips on completing the trial etc.

if you have missed the flag a few times then shouldnt your guild know the trigger names and starts already?
