Acrylia Caverns - Guard's Orders

I have not been able to find anything on these and would appreciate if someone has a link or info on the quest related to Death Guard's Orders/Elite Guard's Orders/Elder Guard's Orders that drop in Acrylia Caverns.

Betting it's the higher level version of the Bloodguard's Orders quest, and likely the same mob.
