Found him at I-9 whacked him with my level 13 rogue solo lotta hp's.

I have the strat guide but never have found him. Thank you for telling me where I could get to him.....the strat guide says he is in the area but never says really where he is at. Thanks!

Okie Dokie......Why can't I get him to spawn? I have only fought 1 bomb, and nothing else special there. Do I gotta do something special or what? Help I want to fight the worm!

He's a random pop on any Carrion Worm in the eastern part of E.Ron.
Just run around slaughtering worms between the river and the zone wall and eventually you'll see him, if someone else don't kill im first.
THF can steal some nice ore from him, as well.
