one hit killing in RvR

I've seen rogues one-hit kill people and not become uncovered. Is there some special technique to do this? or do you not uncover automatically if you manage to pull off a one-hitter?

Automatically stay stealthed if its a 1 shot kill from what ive experienced.

Assuming you dont mess up and hit the wrong button by accident, which ive done on occasion =)

yeah, 2 times now i have one shot only to press my CD button not realizing I killed the person, taking me out of stealth. Dither Disgustipated
