Who casts what?

I'm approaching the point where I need to start focusing on resist gear rather than stat gear... but I don't know what I need to resist offhand.

Anyone have a reference handy that lists what classes spells are based on what resists, or am I doomed to make up another chart myself?

While I'm asking, are all of the spells in a line considered the same type? Hibernia's Way of the Sun DDs are all heat damage... do the stuns in the same line also resist against heat? Ciardha Sidhe, Elven Nightshade of Guinevere

Stuns and mezzes are generally Spirit.

Roots vary, but are usually Cold or Matter, I believe.

resists only help versus dmg spells. Non dmg spells are resisted based on level only.

Still, even for damage it could be interesting to see. Guess I'll work on that.

I am not an expert BUT when our Bard sings the +10 Spirit chant we get mezed a LOT less...

Mes spells are based on Resists aswell.

Mez spells are not based on resistances at all. This was confirmed on the herald today. Dither Disgustipated
