1. mythic gona change CS lv44 and lv50 style to a better version ??

2. a lv50 assassin with 50+10(60) stealth can detect another lv50 rogue with only 50 stealth much easy ??

I am losing my faith on my templet, someone help me to clear thing up plz.

Currently stuck in do skill cap at 50 problem, or skill dont have cap, the higher the better ??
