They did do something with the image files though, as the Dwarves in Thurg who normally have crossbows, had "giant lollipops" according to a guildmate. Someone failed the 10th ring quest before I could check it out.
Also, another guildmate said his Smoldering brand now looks like the Staff of the Gathering. Cloauk N'Dger
