Has anyone figured out caps for enhancements?

I heard that there are caps in place so you cant put 6 damage enhancers on a weapon and go to town on stuff. Has anyone been able to figure these out yet? Just want to know before getting to far into my character.

I wouldn't want six damages on my main attack; I'd rather have four damages and two accuracies; all the damage in the world doesn't help if you don't hit your target.

Developers have said that by Enhancements alone, the only caps you will ever hit on any power are travel speed caps.

Now with Buffs + Enhancements, thats a whole different story, you can probably hit caps with several buffs+ enhancements.

How high are the travel speed caps? Would like to know so I can slot appropriately to end reducer ;)
