Where's a good place to read up on the rules of PVP on Rallos or Tallon?

there is no good place thus one of the many MANY reasons people hate the zek servers. after years vi has yet to put up a web page dedicated to pvp rules. so we tend to do whatever we please and just laugh at the peeps who threaten us with petitions. Diabalein Avidya

This forum is probably the best resource. There are simply too many facets, tactics, strategies, exploits, etc. to be covered in a single guide of short-length. Honestly, I could probably write a guide book longer then the EQ Guide book just on PvP.
