No more faction hits on the team servers?

Well, except in the race's home city. I'm saying woo hoo. It makes me want to log on to Vallon again and give my old characters a spin. Like my Gnome never wanted to kill human PKs because of the faction hits in Freeport (*&#%! Redshirts).

Does this mean the team servers are going to turn into slaughter-houses the way Rallos can be sometimes? Consequence-free killing. Hrm.
