Can rogues pickpocket other players? I constantly on the people of my regular group (they know) but never succesful.

Rogues are not allowed to use PP on players in PvP

Aye, despite death to bugs, ganks, and other letdowns, to this day I still think my biggest letdown of EQ was learning, when I gained that heavenly skill pick pocket, that I couldn't steal from other players. Tying for second place is the many times I have to inform a younger rogue of this truth.
To be honest I think that we should be able to, and I hear that during beta those who wanted to play PvP (by turning in their pvp books) could in fact pp others, but they screwed us over for some reason.
