What about all the new poison glands and sacks that drop now? Surely something can be made from these. There must be some more components from Luclin or Velious that make other poisons. I still see the same old lists.

Just because we would like some new poisons to have been added with SoL doesn't mean it is so. There is no info about any new poisons from the moon. A few folks have tried, and some have scoured the lands for new books, but so far we've only found two things.

And one of them is Jack.

Anyone still working on nailing down the trivials on the ones with a range?

I'm thinking of doing a few (at 220 poison currently), but there is a definite lack of traffic in poison components in the marketplace.... And I really didn't want to have to get ported around, farm green crap just work confirm trivs.

WHO can make 'manufactured' poison ingredients? Does it require the Shaman 'Alchemy' skill or can we Rogues combine these items via Brewing, Forging, Baking, etc.???

keep in mind to check merchants nearby. buying the components saves time, time is money.

NOTE: MAKE ALL OF YOUR VIALS AND TAKE OFF NEG CHA GEAR AND ADD CHA GEAR WHEN DEALING WITH MERCHANTS. SELL BACK YOUR TRAINING POISONS TO THE VENDER UNTIL YOU ARE FLAT BROKE.

ill give u my little guild on how to master this.

1. put a point in make poison and apply at level 20 dont train apply till 20 cuz u dont need it much. add 10 more points after the first training point.

2. run to unrest and farm grave mold OR buy it from the venders in kaladim, bbm, kelethin, or felwithe they often sell it for 7 gold per mold with 91 cha. make poison til 40 skill trivial.

3. run to the oasis of marr and kill asps. the asps here drop snake sacks and asp sacks more often then other snakes. they are sorta hard to find as they blend in with the desert sands.

4. when u have 2 stacks of snake sacks and asp sacks port or run to everfrost. this part may blow a hole in your wallet. because buying cyclamine corms off venders though often you will find alot cost 2p each. you need lined vials to do this dont waste 2.5 p per vial pay 8 gold for the sketch and make it yourself. try to trivial lined vials asap. the sups cost 5 gold not much compared to the damn vial. make cyclamine corm's poison til trivial (requires 1 snake poison sack each combine and 2 cyclamine corms)

5. get putid bile off fire drakes in lavastorm you might as well farm basilisk eye stocks while your here. you need about 2 stacks of purid bile. maybe more if you dont get to 58 by then.

6. this next part is a pain in the ass. you can skip a whole 10 points and try to make the next poison which is a bit easier or you can accually do it and u will probably lose sleep on it. wasp poison sacks are non-stackable and the next 2 recipes require them. you need at least 12 stacks farming sacks off wasps in lfay and dangerious because of equestrilli who HTs for 400. and hits for 80. dont try to outrun it its got the speed of a 40 ranger sow. not to mention the brownies who hit for anywhere from 80 to 120 and backstab for 400. the wasp sack is a rare drop about 10 percent of the time. you can buy off merchants but it costs 1.5p each. this might be cheap compared to cybil corms but since its none stackable you need alot of space. you can get ichor from EF its a 50 percent drop off giant wooly spiders in the tundra.

8. next since you should end off in lfay area, pick up alot of dogbane (expensive) and get some chunks of meat off venders. make animal poison til trivial. sell it back this poison sucks.

9. be a rouge see the world! by now u should be able to take down zombies in sro, once again your back in sro get embalming dust and get to work this is rarely sold on venders and only drops 1/3 of the time. make til trivial and get ready to get your ass handed to you.

10. this imo is on the the hardest roadblocks in poison making.you need ashroot off of imp in solb. this place is harsh, lots of things can hurt you. ashroot is hardly ever sold off venders so this should take you a while. its good to be higher then 20 when you get here.

11. this next part is easy yet expensive. in the plains of knowledge are 3 dark elves who sell poison supplys. 1 has everything the west karana vender has. this is good. buy alocassia roots and now the expensive suspension constrict. 1.1 p each. make til triv and turn around and buy lactera for 2p and change each (this sucks, you need alot of money to make this. when you get here grats! most people dont even make it this far! but feel confident in yourself in knowing you were able.

you are now a master poison producer. remember those eye stalks you got off the basilisks? well get delphium and get to 117. you can now make the 5 best pvp poisons in the game. if you wish to increase from here good luck. it gets ALOT more expensive and ALOT more dangerious. you can stop here knowing you have a better blind, root and snare poison then other venders. if you wish to continue my the force be with you. say that increasing this skill past 117 is a pain in the ass is an understatment. i say this because you gotta be bill gates to afford even the sketch of sealed vials. and you gotta be out of a job for the time required to farm the materials.

I am a lvl 39 Rogue who at lvl 37 had a poison making skill of 190 and I made a few Spirit of SLoths, yet when I tried to apply them not only did it say I failed it said something about it being too powerful for me?? why is it I can make it with an ok success rate yet I can not apply it? what lvl do I need to be to apply it? any help here would be appreciated.
