Problems training make poison at trainer ?

I went to the rogue trainer in SH tonight and noticed that I was not given the option to train in poison with a 151 skill (lvl 53). Anyone else notice a change with this ? Not sure if this might be a bug, a fix, or just me being dumb.

The FV trainer has always had a restricted set of skills he'll train.

Well I have trained make poison at the SH rogue trainer before. He also gave make poison as an option to train, it just had the train button greyed out like the skill was maxed and can not be trained anymore.

I trained it to 200 at level 60 there just few days ago in Shadow Haven. Then moved to Stanos to finish it to 250 (had the plat and skill points, didn't have the patience).

I was about 157 skill when I started to use skill points. - - - - - - -

Go talk to Stanos, he can train you up to 250.

(just in case ya didnt know, if your 50+, go see Anson Mcabe in the bandit camp in Highpass hold, and tell him "I need to see Stanos")
