Poison Procs and possiblity at stacking vials

If I am not mistaken, VI explained that they could not stack poison vials (created poisons) because the effect worked differently than spells.

They way I read the new planes poison rework is that we get an icon placed on our buffs (like a pali with their procing type spells) and it stays there for the duration of the "spell"

If this is the case, could we assume that stacking vials could be close at hand?

Any thoughts?

I'd say it's pretty darn likely. Especially since stackable poisons (5 and 10) are in game now:

Absolutely.

Although how to stack the poisons is not known at this time.
