Well, I finally made it to level 55, and trained up to a skill of 225 in Make Poison. Checked Cranial Cryofrost at each point of skill training.
With a skill of 225, Cranial Cryofrost is not yet trivial. Therefore, you can eliminate 221 thru 225 on the trivial chart for the Frosty Daturas.
I still have some left over, so when I make it to level 56, I will confirm the trivial level of 226.
