PoP general leads and speculation thread

Since Tibis' "hard data" thread really isn't a good place for guess work and clues regarding PoP and the new poison, I figured I'd start one here.

I'll start.

Here's what that merchant says:

I agree that this sounds roguish - particularly with a name like Lightfoot. I couldn't get her to tell me anything more, though. She sells torches, bandages, food, and such. Also, old-world brewing / baking / fishing books.

just out of curiousity, but in shar val i know there are merchants near the palace that sell trade skill recipie books. anyone look there yet? i was going to go after work but was wondering if anyone else has tried it?

And check the dorf in Dagnor's Cauldron, the Dark Elf in the Freeport Tunnels, the chick in the Qeynos Aquaducts and the guys in the smuggler camp in High Hold. I wouldn't have thought that any would be a lead, but if Renux got recycled, who knows who else might have some info. Bleed it out of them!

And someone with the new 10 slot poison thingy from the new quest, try giving it to that PoK merchant that refuses to speak to anyone that is not adept at making poisons.
