Celestrial Suspension

It says when i try to combine them that in am too inexperienced to conssider combining the ingridents (Celestrial Esscence, Etheral Suspension) my make poison skill is 145.

What would be the required skill to make such a suspension?

Nobody knows yet, but according to:

you are only told the recipe for celestial suspensions if you have a Grandmaster Assassin's Seal. To get the seal requires that you make a Grandmaster Assassin's Vial:

To make the vial requires a minimum skill of 225 (don't know if that's confirmed or not, but I have seen reports that it cannot be done at 201, and it can be done at 240).

So, in order for the NPC to tell you the recipe, you must have at least 225 skill, have spent the roughly 5kpp required to make a vial, and done the seal quest. You should probably work on those steps before trying the Advanced Poisons.

I can add this. you DO NOT have to have done the seal quest to make the new poisions or the new suspenions.

However all new poisions have a mininium level of 46 so I would not expect a Make poision below 180 to be able to make them at all, but an even higher cap certainly likely. Having 250 myself I can't comment on the caps or at all except to say get your skill higher, but don't worry about the seal for a while yet since its only required to stack poisions at this time.

My personal experience:
Lvl60-(250) Make poison skill here. I attempted to combine etherial and celestial essence, POOF - Celestial Suspension.

No grandmaster's poison vial or seal, so it's not required to make the suspension mentioned above.
