At what level can you hit 250?

I've looked through the Lab, Library, Kiky's pages, eqtraders.. nobody seems to have it listed.

The Library mentions the formual is (level-19)*5 as your skill cap, but that's not accurate. I'm currently level 56 with a Make Posion of 222.

(56-19) * 5 = 185
(60-19) * 5 = 205

Clearly that's not the case.

Anyone know for sure? I'd hate to think that I'm going to endless make SoS and chalk up my lack of skill-ups to a bad run at the random number generator.

60, goes up by 5 points every lvl after 50

51 = 205
52 = 210
etc...

I believe lvl 60 lets you hit 250 skill, at lvl 56 I think you should be able to get to 230 skill.

Im hoping that they secretly changed this to allow those who aren't lvl 60 get the seal.

Never trust the Library, it hasn't been decently maintained in years (although it is entertaining to show up for a General raid and have the leader start talking about day and night spawns). Nothing against the mods, they have other things to take care of, but the whole forum should just be deleted.
