How high can i skill up with level 57?

I read in the FAQ, it says that poison skill maximum limit is restricted to what level you are.

Now being 57, can i actually achieve grand master skill of 250? or should i be waiting for 60 to make that push?

I dont know if there is a skill cap chart anywhere with regards to skill maximum, and level. Havent located any yet.

I'll wait till 60 then, before i go any further with poisons, i want to do it all at once.

Another quick question, which wasnt too clear to me on the FAQ:

Which stat(s) are best to keep as high as possible for skill ups. I'm hearing both dex and int are important, and i dont know if one or the other is false, or true...

Int is a pain to get, i think i have a piece of WS armor from hate that adds a bit of int...not sure though. (helmet??)

I use dex gear (which is just my normal gear) when making poisons... I ask for a KEI/dex buff before I do a session of brewing poison (can max out cha with a few items) but it doesn't really seem to make a difference.

One thing that does is the decantor of apocarthy(?), get it if you havn't already. +3% make poison, drops off named poachers in jaggedpine.
