Would anyone happen to know the respawn of this guy in either of these 2 occurrences?...
1) Failed ring war.
2) Successful ring war.

Well, I learned tonight it's 24 hours. Hopefully that bit of info helps someone who needs to know.

Was it due to a server patch or something? It's been over 24 hours and no pop yet, was just curious.
Its been over 24 hours since last successful war now and he has not spawned yet.
Anyone know his spawn time after a successful war?
I hope he spawns before saturday, I have my own war planned =((

he's 72 hours
a failed war means you must talk with the dain over again and get the note.
you can try as many times as it takes

I know it wasn't 72, because originally I had though it was 3 days.. i checked if he was up a few hours before the 3 day mark 2 different times and he was up.. I also checked after 2 days the 2nd time and he wasnt up yet
this was a while ago though, maybe it's changed
