Epic Clarification?

I am getting close to the level in which I can actually start my epic and I just wanted to make sure of a few things.

1) You can do your epic at 50, right? I've heard several say 51, and just double checking.

2) How high does your faction need to be for turn-ins? Do I have to be indifferent+ for all of them, or just not KOS?

yup, you can do it at 50 and as far as i know, indifferent is all you need. god bless sneak/hide

As I've been hesitating on this too, many ppl saying you need to be 51, here's the proof. I got mine at lvl 50:

I was apprehensive for turn ins to Stanos and didnt use sneak/hide and did fine. But with sneak/hide, who needs to worry about faction
