Alternate Flag rewards

For those that have gotten the alternate flags into zones which ones do you receive an AA for? I was given 4 AAs for my flags. I had the PoV/PoS flags from the PoJ trials so that explains 2 of the AAs. I had completed the CoD quest and was in a group for both HoH and PoT quests (both were added to my key chain). Somehow this gave me 2 more AAs. I'm assuming intermediate flags like PoI factory and the PoNB don't count. I'm pretty sure that covers all of the flags I have. Many of my guildmates also have access to CoD the same way and only received AAs for PoV and PoS. I think this means that I received an AA each for PoT and HoH .

Alternate flags:
CoD - no AA
PoT - 1 AA
HoH - 1 AA

Does everyone agree with this?

PoV/S is one flag, CoD is your 4th.

I got 4 aa.

CoD grimror quest (for myself)
HoH grenic quest (for myself)
PoTact wembly quest (group flag)
pov/pos trial flag

You also get one for doing the BoT askr quest and the PoTorment alternate quest.

If you later do the 'real' flag access you don't get anything more though afaik.

i got flagged for CoTT, then i killed TT and am flagged for Potorment. DO i get some sort of Aa out of this?

You can get a total of 7aa's from flags. The flags that return an aa are:

1. PoS/PoV - From PoJ trials
2. HoH - From killing AD in PoV
3. CoDecay - From Grummus kill
4. PoTorment - From Terris kill
5. PoTactics - From Behemoth kill
6. BoT - From PoS giants quest
7. Tower of SolRo - From killing MM, Bert, Agnarr and Saryrn event.

Note: the quests for zone entrence should work to get you an aa if available.

Side note: from what I've heard the charm isn't restricted to those flags and continues to improve all the way through PoTime. Edited by: Porenn329 at: 6/16/03 11:26 pm

You need MM, Saryn, Tallon Zek, and Vallon Zek. Agnarr and Rallos Zek are required for the other Elemental planes.

I don't think that's right, Porenn329, because my guildmate got all 7 AA, but is not flagged for SolRo.

I think the correct list is:

1. PoV/PoS (PoJ trials)
2. CoD (Grummus kill + jump in pipe, or PoD quest)
3. PoNB - Terris Thule's Lair (PoN hedge maze)
4. PoT (Manaetic Behemoth kill or Wembly quest)
5. PoTorment (TT kill or quest)
6. HoH (Aerin'Dar kill or PoV quest)
7. BoT (PoS quest)

The elemental flags, SolRo's tower, etc. only add 3 more points toward the charm, but no AA.

Actually Porenn329 is correct.

No AA for PoNB flag.

You do get an AA for Sol Ro's Tower.

I recommend those in the process of getting flags check in with this guy EVERY new flag, friend of mine got a few extra AA for his out of order flags, by unlocking them and rehailing. dont know the specifics, but might squeeze a few extra dings outta the guy. Best of luck -Bay
