He has not been standing in the corner he normaly stands in N. Qeynos . Initialy i thought some noob killed him but he has not been up for 3 days now. I have a few bent cards to give to him.
Is this quest now broken ?
Any one know ?
Edit.... I am dumb. he only spawns at night 10pm to 8am
