Whistler Quest

Is this quest fixed? Last time I went to Nurga everything was overconned. Burnyeye Slaves still drop the ore?? If anyone knows any updated info on this quest please let me know!

Finished the quest last night on my 45 rogue on Stromm, grabbed the Gem of Nimbleness in DL in an exp group, then took a 41 ranger and 37 shammy with me to nurga, ran to slave pit, and killed the gobbies, and about 3 slaves before the ore dropped. Gobbies were blue and light blue at 45, and slaves were light blue and non kos to my halfling rogue. At this point you can skip the trip to Firiona and just go straight to Butcherblock, and hand the dwarf quest guy the gem, ore, and 500pp.

Yes, least I have been to Nurga two times back in, ah, maybe March and April of 2003 and the miners were easy kills and dropped the ore. Guess this zone is due for a revamp soon? Could make things tougher. With prices continuing to drop, I'm not sure if this dagger is worth the 500pp it costs for the turn in but I can MQ it on Solusek Ro if anyone is interested.
