Anyone else notice that at night EVERY window is lit, and that they all turn on and off at the exact same time?
Weirds me out for some reason. :)

Yeah, I noticed that too. Doesn't really bother me, but I noticed it and wondered for a min. :)

It's a conspiracy, the villains own the power plants so they turn them all on at the same time so we can't figure out which rooms they're occupying!

Unfortunately, the city officials do seem to figure it out :p

Watching a Paragon City police officer wave at a bad guy and then turn around and flee in panic always cracks me up too.
I guess I was just bored one day in Kings Row when I started noticing the lights. Another thing that is weird are the fire escapes. Some buildings they end like three stories above the ground, and some don't even have them. You'd think with all of these flamey super heroes blasting everything in sight they'd be more safety conscientious! :)

It's amazing the world that opened up at 14 when I got flight, seeing all the clockworks, Lost and other miscellaneous scoundrels lounging upon the buildings.
And about the fire escapes, I agree, some even end like two floors from the top :p
