Aardwolf MUD

[Zeno]

I have a history of trying out MUDs off and on, and usually give up on them after a few levels. I've never played one for more than a few hours.
The other day, I tried out Aardwolf after not having played MUDs for several, several months. This one is very accessible due to excellent newbie channel support, starting guide, and community.
(Not to mention good 3rd party speedwalk/maps/equipment websites)

It also seems to have a lot of added features - good ideas I hadn't seen in other MUDs.

Anyone else play?

ive used to play a long time ago, i can definetly say its one of the nicest and most interesting mud around, great and caring staff and a good amount of player.

the game is well customised and frequently updated help the experience

I haven't ventured into a MUD since my Jr High days. I will give it a shot, but I fear some of the higher end graphical games have probibly spoiled me to much to enjoy a mud in all it's glory, still MUDs have better human interaction then you could ever hope to acheive EVER in EQ.
