Problem starting UT2K4...

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 3195 MHz with 1022MB RAM
Video: 256MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 XT (6378)

Error setting display mode: CreateDevice failed (D3DERR_DRIVERINTERNALERROR). Please delete your UT2004.ini file if this error prevents you from starting the game.

I would start with a DirectX reinstall, run the ATI uninstaller and reload the newest drivers again.

Also if you are overclocked try with normal settings.
