I'd pick three or maybe four attacks and 6slot those, and use the rest as situation demands. For Fire, I'd say Fireball, Fire Blast, Fire Breath, and Blaze need to be 6slotted. Consume too, I suppose, since you're not going the Stamina route.
Other'n that, I'd dump 3-4 recharge reducers in Build Up and axe the +acc; with 1 SO acc in your attacks and Hasten, you won't need 'em.

I can only assume that you want to be an AE monster, simply because you're going with fire/fire. Due to this, I must make the following suggestions:
Drop Rain of Fire, Fire Breath. Take fire sword circle, I repeat: TAKE fire sword circle. The damage on that is insane. I would also recommend trying to take stamina if possible, if not, slot consume with more recharge reducers. The only time you're really gonna need endurance is when you have tons of enemies around you.
Rain of fire, honestly, is barely even situational, and fire breath just doesn't perform as well as fire sword circle. If there's another AE in your secondary line, grab it.
This is all assuming you want to be an AE god. If you don't, ignore me entirely :b
Oh, and fully slot fire sword circle... you'll love it, trust me. Talk to Tycho Brahe on victory (aka Aura here) for more info on fire/fire.

Oh, and for the record, Aim adds damage as well, it's best used when Build Up is unavailable for some more quick damage.

k, I'll rebuild in hero planner.. :x
then repost again
I had accuracy in cuz my experience so far is only up to level 10.. and that is with a scrapper, and an AR blaster... so accuracy is important, I miss lots.. :X
build up and aim are there, which is why I only had 1 accuracy in my attacks... right now, I have 2 accuracy and 2 damage in most of my attack (fireblast, flares).. and 1 damage and 1 accuracy in fireball, and I Still miss a bit too much on higher mobs (tho admittedly, just training enhancements at level 7)
PsiKo - give me an IM at some point (cheestana) - or a tell in-game (tycho brahe on victory). I have a 32 Fire/Fire - I know the build like the back of my hand.
Fire Sword 2 is an amazing attack, good damage, decent endurance/dmg ratio, and I can usually hit every enemy in a group with it.

I would definately NOT pass up fire breath, it can be vera vera nice.
How big is the area effect on fire sword circle?
Its nowhere near that of fire Ball or combust, but much more than you'd expect. If you have a ring of mobs 3 thick, it'll hit the whole lot of them.
Btw, here's my advice - don't take fire breath, rain of fire, invis, stealth, superspeed, or phase shift. Instead, use these power slots to help you out in getting your way to stamina. You die a lot as a blaster and no amount of phase shift is going to stop that. Mainly because by the time you realize that you need to phase shift, you're dead.
Now, depending on what you want to do with your blaster, I'll give you a little advice in that area. I'm a purely AoE blaster, its what I do and dammit, I do it well. My fire ball's 6 slotted, my inferno is 6 slotted... you know what - I'm just going to take a pic of my enhancement screen and you can judge from there. As an AoE blaster, I pretty much expect to have a group, and when I have a group, I pretty much expect to be getting fort (its not a lot to ask when you do the kinda damage I do) therefore, I don't worry about acc. Be back in a few with a SS of my enhancement screen. Mind you, there are a few regrets I have.
**edit**The picture's kinda big because I was too lazy to shrink it, so I'm just going to link (http://aurarier.bravehost.com/powerlist.jpg) it.**edit**

i think fire/fire blaster is fun, but after being incredible damage machine in a fight, it takes simply too long to regain life. That is the limiting factor, and why my fire/fire has to wait in between fights long.
Even if i hover out of melee reach, sometimes i lose 1/2 life on 3-4 enemies.

consume is also really nice when you've just finished a fight with mobs and see another group up ahead. just get them all together (or at least a few of them) and consume and you're back with full End really fast.

well its mostly LIFE that runs out on me first hehehe
Also, noted great diffrence when playing new fire/fire blaster now that took flares instead of rain, so i have 3 direct range attacks. Much quicker play there.
