So far I have
primary pool
Radiation Infection-end red, times 2
end redRadiant Aura-heal,one
Accelerate Metabolism-recharg red, times 5
Enervating field-end red, one
Lingering Radiation-End Red, one - Acc times 2
Secondary pool
Neutrino Bolt-Damage, times 4 - Acc, one
Irradiate-end red, one
pool powers
Hasten-Recharge red, times 4
Super speed- end red, one
I am currently Security level 15 and I primarily solo, when I do group its with my kids and there sidekicked so cant realy count that. I normaly can only get on for 30 min to an hour and may need AFK here and there due to the single father wile wife is in Iraq issue.
Right now I can easily solo a Boss a level higher then me with no need for Inspirations, boss 2 levels higher with inspirations. I can tackle 5-6 even cons and hit the 0 end mark around the last one. I just am not sure what to get next level. Should I get another attack? The ONE I have may do little damage but it constantly fires, its fast, OR should I start getting into other pools for health and stamina?
Rember when tearing into my build, it is for a solower, I tried the tanker and the blaster ( both level 16 ) and this build may take a wile to kill stuff but its is so safe, I debuff there speed then debuff there accuracy, they cant touch me. I also want to stay as group compadable as I can cause school starts back up in a month and ill be able to play more :kroe

I would consider picking up a new attack for an immediate fix.
My first suggestion is X-Ray beam I think it does something like 3-4 times the base damage that your Bolt does, and is also fairly fast to recharge. This would allow you to bascially attack non-stop with an X-Ray, Bolt, Bolt, X-Ray... style combo.
However if you like the AE effect that Irradiate offers you, you may consider Electron Haze. It is a cone not PBAoE and does roughly the same damage as Irradiate, but it's all up front and not DoT style. Haze also has a chance to knock things back, which would give you a last resort "get off me" type power.
I think the safer choice would be X-Ray, but I have seen pretty decent AE rad/rad blasters. Also I would strongly urge you to try to get Cosmic Burst at 28, it is an excellent single target power.

Nice I didnt think any of the other attacks were as fast as the first on. With super speed I single pull from groups of badies for the safty factor so single target is the best, I will have to get the AE eventualy for those times when its usefull.
Thanks :D
Xray does almost double the damage, but has a longer refresh rate.
Basically, my attacks are like X-ray, bolt, bolt, X-ray, bolt, bolt, etc...
If I'm not running any toggles, I can repeat those 2 indefinately and not touch my endurance at all.

Love the Rad/Rad Defender.
You should drop two more End Reductions in Enervating Field though.
The way I generally initiate combat is thus;
Rad Infect one mob, teleport into the group so they don't spread. EF the highest con, be it Lieutenant or Boss or just some nasty minion like Slammers and kill it immediately. EF has such a fast casting time and a decent refresh that this, I have found, is the best way to use it. For quickly eliminating pesky mobs. Really cuts down on the End burn too.
I don't plan to take Hasten myself. Accellerate Metabolism is more than enough. Pretty sure that has a hasten effect. It has End Regen at the very least and it affects the whole group.
Love X-Ray BTW. It's great with EF.

Love it it has helped a LOT, at 16 I can now take a 19 easily.

The only time I use it is when I am grouped with my kids, I plan on slotting it more but its not a high on my list.

Hasten plus AM > all
Hasten's well hasten effect far surpasses AM, and it helps AM's reuse time, the added defence is noticable ( get hit a lot less with it in use ) Hasten + AM is what allows me to solo bosses higher LV's then me.
Hasten is definetly a must have power.

I think, looking at the numbers, with 6 SO recharges in Hasten and 6 SO recharges in AM you can perma AM and hasten, can anyone confirm this? Perma AM would be a very strong arguement for Hasten

6 SOs in Hasten is perma-Hasten.
6 SOs in Accelerate Metabolism is (almost) perma-AM. You get about 1 sec downtime maybe.
Read somewhere that 4 SO recharges in AM and 5 SO recharges in Hasten will have perma-both, but not sure of its validity.
One of the devs released a spreadsheet so that you could see how much they stack on each other...to answer this very question. This was on the boards way back when, I can't remember where, but I know I have the spreadsheet on my home computer. I'm certain Hasten is 70% (find recharge time by time/1.7), and I think AM does 20%. Will look later, if it's not answered by then.

That would be sweet, even if i do over slot to help get them up quicker i can do 4 SO recharges 2 end regen in AM and 5 SO recharge, hhmm 1 Def buff in Hasten.

That sounds correct, its not just a little diference between them, hasten > AM in that respect.
