I've been considering a flat panel PC, since I've spent four months working at a company that uses them exclusively.
$500 Canadian is what these monitors tend to go for (IBM ThinkVision 15", I could get more details). I'd be willing go that high to buy a monitor that's smaller than what I have (17" CRT) but I have a feeling these will ghost during games.
My question is: If I already have a 17" CRT (Samsueng 17" Dynaflat job), how cheap can an LCD be and still get equivalent display performance? Should I just say screw it, and spent $200 Canadian to get a 21" CRT refurbished jobby?
