Well I reformated my computer a while ago and I can't seem to get my USB working at all. I guess the title says it all.
Now I have about 0 clue on how to fix it. Hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

What model of what brand of computer are you using? If you put it together yourself, what are the specs of the relevent hardware?
What operating system are you using?

Is the USB controller showing up in Device Manager? Does it have an exclamation point on it?

Done a "Search for new hardware"? You may have to go through Device Manager and delete everything, and let it all reinstall...
You may have a BIOS setting that has disabled USB support - check to make sure USB is enabled in the bios.
