radeons are on for 299 after a 100$ price break.

Have not checked into it,but you should be able to get an extra 10% off by shopping at circut city or best buy,if its an in store price reduction.

Best Buy matches prices on local in-stock items. I don't even remember the details of what it takes to get the extra 10%, but it's 10% of the difference, not the item's price. So if they were charging $310 instead of $300, you'd get an extra $1 (not $30) off.

Expiring today, you can get a Dell P4 2.66GHz with a 9800 Pro for $599. www.slickdeals.net/#p3943

Am I missing something here? These cards are $292 at newegg. ATI.com has them at $299.

Depends on the store. Best Buy has a 30-day no-charge return policy (except on a few items like laptops). I believe it's either Circuit City or CompUSA that charges a restocking fee on ANY return. You might end up paying $45 to take it home and "test the hell out of it"...
