Does anyone ever tried using Teamspeak when playing EQ? Eversince playing Planetside, Teamspeak seems to help ALOT and makes the game more enjoyable.

Not sure about Teamspeak, but Gamevoice works well, if you dont mind using more of Billy's software.

my entire guild uses TeamSpeak quite a bit. Helps on the pull team and keeps general guild chit chat out of the /rs or /gu.

i have trouble with Teamspeak screwing up my eq keyboard commands if i run both programs at the same time (my direction arrows would only work as their chat functions, etc. it was funky)

any advice as to how i should adjust my settings? Currently teamspeak uses ctrl key to activate (i don't have a headset so voice activation creates too much echo).

Unfamiliar with Teamspeak, but in Ventrilo there is an option that you have to uncheck in regards to using directinput for key detection. Once that is off, movement keys work fine Dlgoth Riknueth

There is a similar option in Teamspeak too, which seems to fix most people with key issues.

I've used Teamspeak a fair bit myself, really like it. It's especially funny having everyone steadfastly declare that they don't have an accent!

We have one Australian guy in our guild and for the first 2 weeks the poor guy was prompted daily to say "the dingo ate my baby".

One of the girls in the guild (and a rogue!) is about 26 and sounds 12, so lately she's taken to randomly singing "I am stuck on band-aid brand cause band-aid's stuck on me!".
