I get this error on my new machine:

"CPU is unworkable or has been changed. Please recheck - CPU SOFT MENU"

I click F1 and the computer continues to boot up normally. What is this, what does it mean (since I'm able to use my computer anyway), and what do I do to get rid of it?

Thanks!

Sounds like a BIOS setting. When you turn the system on is the CPU being reported at the same speed it is suposed to be? EX: if it is a 1.33GHz does it say 1.33 GHz or 1000MHz? If not then for whatever reason the multiplier in the BIOS could have been changed.

Yup, FSB and/or multiplier settings are wrong in the BIOS. Go into the SoftMenu setup and make sure the settings match your CPU. -------------------------
