I was just making a copy of a CD with Windows Media Player and it's completely fine, but there's a two second delay between every track. I remember this's happened with all the CDs I've ever burned, so I was wondering if anyone knew how I could change this? Sometimes I'm making CDs with tracks that have direct overlap, and the delay is not appreciated. Thanks!

I use Nero to burn my CDs and as one of its options it has Remove Delay Between Tracks, so I believe that would do the trick for you. You can download the demo at www.nero.com/us/download_nero.php?pak=1

Use Disc At Once recording. It doesn't turn off the laser between tracks. -------------------------

I use Nero as well as Roxio or Easy Cd Creator occasionally. Some of the burning software programs you find out there give you the option to adjust the delays between tracks (shortening them, lengthening them, or just getting rid of them altogether). Sure helps when you're trying to cross-fade samples into the beginning of tracks
