Build that is closest to EQ rogue?

Wondering what everyone's opinion is for the talent build closest to an EQ rogue?

Maybe this is a stupid question because you can't have everything in WoW, but figured I'd ask anyway.

In my opinion, if you try and do this you'll just wind up disappointed.

It's a new game with a different structure, why would you want to copy a lesser game when somebody is offering something new and dynamic?

If being a rogue in WOW was like being a rogue in EQ I certainly wouldn't play.

Probably closest thing would be ass/sub build.

lol, I wasn't lookin for a build for myself, was just curious if you could get close. I already know I'm gonna be goin for a dagger ass/sub build.

I said that going in though Naz and I'm a Sword/Mace Rogue at present ;)

That won't be the way of it should I continue with the rogue in retail but it *is* a different game and certainly a different type of Rogue.

WoW rogue life was very very similar to EQ rogue life for me

except being able to solo


and be viable in pvp


and the AWESOME gnome dance~

but we can put out some serious stuns in WoW. And Sap mobs. (put them to sleep). And snare mobs with a poison. Could you do that in EQ?

Yeah, if you could find the poison compoments and had the skill high enough :)

In EQ you could outrun the mobs with run3... sometimes...
