10 gig iPods now $236

If you've been holding out, amazon has the 10 gig 3rg gen models for $236 now.

Apple replaced the 10 gig models for 15 gigs now on their site, so I figured the prices would drop. If you've been holding out on getting one now might be a good time.

Call me a dunce if you will, but why are these ipods so popular? I thought they were basically just mp3 players? Im finding it hard to see why people are clamouring over this one particular brand o.O

or (as usual) am I missing something~?

Mp3 players are sweet and iPods just happen to be the best.

I think it would be a tough draw between the iPod and Rio Karma.

The iPod is a lot of fun just to use and play around with, though. It would be a lot harder to find a battery replacement on a Rio Karma, and you only get a 90 day warranty though.

For $236 you really can't go wrong.
