The Defias Brotherhood series of quests, up to A Mysterious Messenger but i can't find him anywhere. Does it have a spawn spot? Or where can I find it?
[spoiler:c8444d165a]If you are talking about the Defias Messenger in Westfall, he used to spawn in Moonbrook and walk up the coast on the road. Haven't played in release so can't say if he still spawns there or not. Usually you can shout out if anyone has seen him and people were pretty helpful about it.[/spoiler:c8444d165a]

[spoiler:116c273e44]He spawns in the same place... between the feild with the harvesters and the moon brook houses ... on the road and walks up the coast like you said.[/spoiler:116c273e44]

[spoiler:ed49ffe81b]He spawns almost directly in front of the second house, if you're coming in from the road to Sentinel Hill. He walks from there, up to the mine, and back.[/spoiler:ed49ffe81b]
